Syria - the excavation of Tell Munbaqa, Drawings - Sept. 2010

September 2010 I visited the excavation of Tell Munbaqa at Lake Assad in Syria. I worked there as an archaeology student in 1985. This time I made paintings and drawings. In this section I show drawings which document the archaeological work on the tell by Syrian labourers and members of the excavation teams of the Technische Universität of Hamburg-Harburg and Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg, Germany.
